Arizona Sunset

1 1/2 ounces gold tequila
6 ounces fresh orange juice
1 ounce prickly pear syrup
Several ice cubes
Orange slice (for garnish )

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake to combine. Pour into a 12-ounce glass. Garnish the rim of the glass with the orange slice and serve.

Fuzzy Navels

2 ripe medium peaches, peeled and pitted
6 ounces fresh orange juice
6 ounces vodka
2 ounces peach brandy
8 ice cubes

Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend until the mixture is slushy. Pour it into tall glasses.

Serves 4.

Cricket

2 jiggers brown crème de cacao
1 jigger brandy
1/2 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
and cut into pieces
1 cup crushed ice or 4 whole ice cubes

Put all ingredients into a blender container. Cover and process on high until the ice is frappèed. Serve in cocktail glasses.

Yields 6 (3 ounce) drinks.

Godiva Peppermint Kiss

1 1/2 ounces Godiva Liqueur
1/2 ounce peppermint schnapps
Mint sprig for garnish

Pour Godiva Liqueur and peppermint schnapps into rocks glass over ice. Stir. Garnish with mint.
