BEST POTATO SALAD

1 cup sugar
1 heaping Tablespoon dry mustard
2 tablespoon flour

4 eggs
2/3 c. vinegar
pinch salt

1 c. 1/2 & 1/2
4 c. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing

5# cooked and cut up red potatoes (cooled)
1 c. chopped onions
12 hard boiled and cut up eggs

Mix all dry ingredients together
then add eggs, vinegar and salt.

Cook until thick - after cooling
add 1/2 and 1/2, salad dressing
until smooth.

Pour over cut-up red potatoes
add onions and cut up hard boiled eggs

4 cups cubed cooked potatoes
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup celery, sliced
1/4 cup chopped sweet gherkins
1/4 cup chopped dill pickles

DRESSING
1 cup Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
