BREAD MAKER RECIPE

You need to set your machine for a fast or rapid bake

270 ml Warm Water
340 g Glutano Bread & Cake Mix
or High-Fibre Bread Mix
1 Teaspoon Salt (optional)
1 Teaspoon Sugar
2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 Sachet Fast Action Yeast
1 Egg (optional)

1. Measure all the ingredients into the baking pan in the order
they appear in the ingredients list.
2. Then follow the baking instruction of your bread machine.

Cheddar Cheese Bread (Automatic Bread Maker)

1 pk Yeast (active dry)

3 c Bread flour

1/4 c Nonfat dry milk

1 tb Butter, soft

1 ts Salt

2 tb Sugar

1 1/4 c Water, warm

1 1/2 c Cheddar Cheese, grated

Extra-sharp

Note: Use all ingredients at room temperature. This recipe was provided with the DAK automatic bread machine. Place all ingredients into bread pan in the order listed. Select "white bread" setting. Push start.
