Make this easy chicken divan with chicken or turkey.
2 packages (10 ounces each) broccoli spears, or 1 bunch fresh trimmed broccoli
2 cups sliced cooked turkey or chicken
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup shredded processed Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs, tossed with 1 tablespoon melted butter
Cook broccoli in a small amount of boiling water until crisp-tender; drain. Arrange the broccoli stalks in a greased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Arrange turkey or chicken over the broccoli spears. Combine the soup with mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder; pour over all. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, then top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, until heated through.
Chicken divan recipe serves 6.

4 Chicken breasts, skinless & boneless
1 dozen Corn tortillas
2 Cans Cream of chicken soup
1 Cup Milk
2 small cans Green chile salsa
1/4 teaspoon Allspice
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Green peppers, diced
12 Mushrooms, quartered
1 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
2 Tablespoons. Water
Butter or margarine
Cut the cooked chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Mix the soup with the milk, salsa and spices. Cut the tortillas into 1/2" strips. Generously butter a large baking dish and wet the bottom with water. Layer the tortilla strips in the bottom of the dish and cover with half the chicken meat. Layer half the green peppers and mushrooms on top of the chicken, and pour half the soup and salsa mixture over the top. Repeat layers, sprinkle with grated cheese, cover tightly and allow to sit in refrigerator for 24 hours. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

2 pounds broccoli
8 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
4 tablespoons butter
1 (10.5-oz) can cream of chicken soup condensed
1 cup mayonnaise regular or light
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon dijon style mustard
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
6 ounces swiss cheese shredded
1/3 cup finely crushed pork rind
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Trim broccoli and cut into spears. Cook and drain well.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook chicken in 2 tablespoons of the butter about 5 minutes on each side until tender and no longer pink inside, adding additional butter if needed.
Preheat oven to 350°. Arrange broccoli and chicken in a shallow 2 1/2 - or 3-quart baking dish.
In a medium bowl, stir soup, mayonnaise, heavy cream, mustard, and pepper until blended. Stir in cheese. Spoon over chicken and broccoli.
Cover and bake 30 minutes. In a small bowl, mix pork rinds, melted butter, and paprika. Uncover chicken and sprinkle with crumbs. Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes longer or until hot and bubbly.
