CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY RECIPE

Take 20 medium to large ripe strawberries. Chop 120 (4 oz) dark chocolate.
Melt in microwave, or by placing in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Stir until smooth.
Dip the base of each strawberry into the melted chocolate. Place stalk-side down on a plate and chill until set.

1 oz strawberry liqueur
1/4 oz white creme de cacao
1/2 oz cream

Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a fresh strawberry, and serve.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries Recipe

- 12 fresh strawberries with stems
- 6 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips

Only use the biggest and most flawless strawberries, otherwise your chocolate covered strawberries will not look perfect. Rinse and thoroughly drain strawberries. Leave the stem.
Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
Put chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl. Put bowl into microwave for 30 seconds, take out and stir. Repeat until the chocolate chips have completely melted.
Hold stem and carefully dip strawberries, one at a time, into melted chocolate to coat. Allow any excess chocolate to drain back into bowl, then place strawberry on baking sheet.
Cool for at least 30 minutes and serve immediately. You may keep them in the refrigerater for a few days, but it's best to eat them right away.
