1 (19.8 oz) family size pkg. fudge brownie mix
1/4 to 1/2 c kahlua
3 (3.5 oz) boxes Jello chocolate mousse
8 (1.2 to 1.4 oz) Skor or Heath candy bars
1 (12 oz) carton Cool Whip
Bake brownies according to package, cool.
Poke holes in brownies with fork.
Pour kahlua over and set pan aside.
Make mousse according to package
Break candy bars into small pieces in food processor or by tapping them (in the wrappers) with hammer
Crumble half the brownies in bottom of glass trifle dish.
Cover with 1/2 of the mousse.
Layer with 1/2 of the candy bars;
then 1/2 of the cool whip.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.

1 box (19.8-oz) fudge brownie mix
1/4 to 1/2 cup coffee liquer
3 pkgs (4-serving size each) instant chocolate mousse
8 chocolate-covvered toffee candy bars (1.4-oz each...like Skor or Heath bar)
1 large container (12-oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Bake the brownies according to pkg. directions; let cool. Prick holes in tops of brownies with fork and pour liquer over brownies; set aside. Prepare the chocolate mousse according to pkg. directions. Break the candy bars into small pieces in food processor or by gently tapping wrapped bars w/ hammer. Break up half the brownies into small pieces and place in the bottom of a large glass bowl or trifle dish. Cover w/ half the mousse, then half the candy, and then half the whipped topping. Repeat layers with the remaining ingredients.
Note: Instead of the coffee liquer, you may substitute a mixture of 1 tsp. sure and 4 tbs. left over black coffee, or just leave out the coffee flavor entirely.

1 Chocolate Cake Mix (2 layer size)
2/3 c. Kahlua Liquor (or 1/2 c. cold coffee
2 Instant chocolate pudding powders (4 serving size)
4 c. milk
4 c. frozen whipped topping (light)
6 Skor(R) bars crushed (1 c.)
Prepare the cake mix according to the instructions on the package. Bake in two 8 inch round pans. Cool.
Cut around edges of one of the pans, and invert onto cutting board, rounded side down. Drizzle with the Kahlua, and then cut into 1 inch squares.
Transfer into a 6 Litre glass trifle bowl. Do the same thing with the second layer cake, only set these cubes aside.
Beat the pudding powders and milk until smooth, but not thickened, and pour half over the cake in the bowl.
Spread with 1/2 the whipped topping and sprinkle with the chopped toffee bars.
Repeat layers with set aside cake, pudding, topping and toffee bars.
Chill
