Easy Cookie Recipe

1 cake mix (your choice of chocolate, yellow, spice, etc.)
2 eggs
2/3 cup oil
1 cup additional ingredients if desired (chocolate chips, raisins, nuts, etc.)

Mix all ingredients together. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 8 minutes. DO NOT OVERCOOK!
Makes about 3 dozen cookies.

Easy cookie recipe

Yield: 1 Servings
1 Box of any cake mix
½ c Oil
2 Eggs

Mix all ingredients and drop on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for aprox. 10 minutes.

Easy Cookie Hearts Recipe

1 c- Butter; unsalted
1 c- Sugar
2- Eggs
1 tb- Vanilla
3c - Flour
1 ts- Salt
1/2 ts-Baking soda
Icing:
1 c filtered Confectioners' sugar
2 tb Milk

Beat the butter and sugar until light and feathery. Blend in the eggs and vanilla; mix it well.
Mix together the flour, salt and baking soda; and then put it into the sugar mixture until well blended. Cool it for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Divide the dough into quarters. Now, roll out one quarter on a lightly floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut them into heart shapes with a 2-inch cutter and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake it for 5 to 8 minutes or until the cookies become brown at the edges. Cool on a wire rack.
For the Icing:
Mix together the confectioners' sugar and milk until smooth. Spread on the cookies.
