Easy Hamburger Quiche

1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
½ lb. ground beef
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup canned milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp cornstarch
1-1/2 cups Cheddar or Swiss cheese, grated
1/3 cup green onion, chopped
Dash of pepper

Brown meat in skillet over medium heat. Drain and set aside.
Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch in bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 6.

Easy Fiery Boursin Burgers

1 pound lean ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon TABASCO brand Pepper Sauce
1 (5-ounce) package Boursin or herbed chevre cheese

Combine ground beef, egg, Worcestershire, and TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce in a medium bowl and mix well. Divide into five portions.

Form three-quarters of each portion into a patty. Make an indentation in the center of each patty and fill with 2 tablespoons cheese; cover cheese with remaining quarter of meat and form into a finished patty.

Preheat broiler. Broil burgers 3 to 5 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.

Easy Hamburger Casserole Recipe

1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained, then chopped finely
1 can tomato soup (do not add water)
1-2 cans green beans, drained very well
Minced or chopped onion, as desired
Instant mashed potatoes, 6-8 servings (make and set aside)
Velveeta cheese

Mix the first 4 ingredients well, then put in the bottom of a greased baking dish, 2-quart or larger. Top with mashed potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and add Velveeta cheese sliced thinly to the top and return to oven until cheese is melted and turning brown. Let cool, then eat! This one goes fast, if you have a large family you might need to make two!
