The Quickest Easy Swedish Meatball Recipe

1 package frozen meatballs
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (you can mix and match the soups; like cream of celery, cream of chicken, golden mushroom soup, etc)
8 ounces sour cream
2 teaspoons soy sauce

1. Place all ingredients in a crock pot.
2. Cook on low for at least 5 hours.

Easy Meatball Recipe

1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
2 lbs lean ground beef*
3/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
1 egg + 2 whites
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup ketchup

Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
On a 13 X 9 inch baking pan, shape into meatball form.
Bake uncovered 40 minutes or until done. Let stand for 5 minutes.

*For an even leaner meatball recipe you can use extra lean ground beef.

* 1bottle chili sauce
* 1 can jellied cranberry sauce
* 1 bag frozen meatballs, about 5 to 6 dozen meatballs

In a saucepan over medium heat, bring chili sauce and jellied cranberry sauce to a boil. Continue cooking at a simmer, stirring, for about 2 minutes. Place frozen meatballs into crockpot and pour sauce over. Cook on low 4 to 5 hours or high 2 to 3 hours.
