Easy Pasta Salad

2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup pitted ripe olive slices
1/3 cup KRAFT LIGHT DONE RIGHT! House Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
1/4 cup KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping

Cook pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli to pasta during last 2 minutes of pasta cooking time; drain. Place in medium bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

Recipe for Easy Pasta Salad

1 package dry penne
1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
1 red bell pepper, julienned
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Directions:
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 minutes. Add broccoli and cook 2 minutes more. Drain pasta and broccoli and rinse with cold water until cool.
2. In large bowl, combine pasta, broccoli, red bell pepper, the artichoke hearts with their marinade, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Toss, adjust seasoning and serve this easy pasta recipe salad.

EASY PASTA SALAD

1 lb. box med. shells
1-2 carrots, thinly sliced
Mushrooms, sliced
Fresh broccoli, just tops
Bacos
Parmesan cheese
Large bottle red wine & vinegar
Salad dressing (can be lo-cal)

Cook and drain shells. Let cool. Add carrots, mushrooms, broccoli and bacos. Mix salad dressing into above. Just before serving sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
