Cinnamon-Raspberry Gelatin Salad

• 1 (3-ounce) package raspberry gelatin
• 1 cup boiling water
• 3 tablespoons red cinnamon candies
• 1 cup applesauce

Pour the gelatin into the hot water, along with the cinnamon candies. Stir well until all of the gelatin and candies are dissolved. Gently stir in the applesauce, and that's it! You can put this mixture in a mold or bowl, or you could even spoon it into plastic paper cups for easy serving. Add a handful of chopped nuts or raisins for a different taste.

Macaroni Cucumber Summer Food

1 box macaroni
2-3 medium Cucumbers
1-2 bottles of Italian dressing ( we like the House Italians)
1-2 Blocks of Mild sharp chedder cheese
1 package diced ham (found by the hamsteaks in most grocieries)
Cherry tomatoes

Boil Macaroni and drain. Add 1bottleof the Italian dressing and put in the Refrigerater. Cut up Cukes and cheese. Don't add cheese until Macaroni is completely cooled. Add the rest of the ingredients, and the rest of the dressing. Put a lid on it and shake it!!! All the amounts can be changed depending on what you and your family favors.... we like ham and Cucumbers, so we use more of those and less of other stuff.
