EGG SALAD SANDWICH

6 hard boiled eggs
1/4 c. salad dressing
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and serve as a sandwich filling.

1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried minced onion
1/4 tsp pepper
6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped celery

Combine mayo, lemon juice, onion, and pepper. Stir in eggs and celery. Cover and chill.

Easy Egg Salad Sandwich Recipe

4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
8 slices white bread, toasted

MIX eggs, celery, green peppers, dressing and mustard.
TOP 4 of the toast slices with egg mixture; cover with remaining toast slices.
