1 bag fish fry
1 cup pancake mix
1 teaspoon salt
oil
1 lb. fish
Set stove to 350°F. Get fish dip it into the fish fry. Do not wet the pancake mix until you add the salt.
Fry the fish into the oil (any kind) and enjoy your fish.

2 eggs, whole beaten
12 oz beer
12 oz flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp baking powder
Fish fillets
Cornstarch (for dredging)
Combine eggs and beer.
Add dry ingredients all at once. Mix smooth and adjust consistency as required. Moisture content of flour may vary so if the batter is heavy, adjust with a small amount of milk. If the batter is too thin, adjust with cornstarch, but never over mix
Dredge fish lightly in cornstarch, shake off excess, dip fish in batter and immerse into deep fat. Fry at about 375ºF.
It is done when the batter puffs up and they are a golden brown.

Drake's Crispy fry mix
1 egg
Salt and Pepper
Mix Drake's Crispy fry mix according to directions on package, add one egg, (should be about the consistency of pancake batter) dash of salt and pepper. Dip fish or chicken into batter, deep fry until done.
