GRILLED POTATOES

Peel and cut up potatoes. Place on greased foil; chop onions and add to potatoes. Dot with generous amount of butter; salt, and pepper. Wrap up foil tightly and place on grill on low temperature. Cook until done, about 30-40 minutes.

Grilled New Potatoes

2 lb. small new red potatoes
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt

Prepare and heat grill. Cut potatoes in half. Place potatoes in disposable foil pan. In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic and salt and pour over potatoes. Cover pan tightly with heavy duty foil.
Place potatoes on grill 4-6" from heat over medium high coals.

Cook 50 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender when pierced with fork, stirring potatoes occasionally and moving pan around on grill.
To cook in oven, prepare potatoes as directed, then bake at 400 degrees for 50-60 minutes until tender. Serves 6

Grilled aspargus and MountainKing Petite Red Potatoes Grilled

6 small MountainKing Petite Red Potatoes, quartered
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
1 lb. fresh asparagus -- trimmed

Heat grill. In a large shallow bowl, combine 1 tbsp. oil, 1/4 tsp. of salt and 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Place in grill basket. When ready to grill, place grill basket on gas grill over medium heat (or coals). Cook 15 minutes, shaking grill basket occasionally to turn and mix potatoes.
Meanwhile, place asparagus spears in same shallow bowl. Add remaining olive oil, salt, and lemon pepper seasoning, toss to coat.
Add asparagus to potatoes in grill basket. Cook about 10 minutes or until potatoes and asparagus are tender, shaking basket occasionally to turn and mix veggies.
