Blueberry Jello Salad

* 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice
* 2 packages (3 ounces each) blackberry or black raspberry Jello
* 3 cups boiling water
* 1 can (15 ounces) blueberries, drained
* 8 ounces sour cream (1 cup)
* 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
* 1/2 cup sugar
* chopped nuts

Blueberry Jello Salad Directions
Drain pineapple; reserve juice. Dissolve Jello in boiling water; stir in reserved pineapple juice. Chill until slightly set, about the consistency of unbeaten egg white. Stir in pineapple and blueberries. Pour into a 9 1/2 x 6 x 2-inch pan; chill until firm. Combine sour cream, cream cheese, and sugar; mix well until smooth and well blended. Spread over blueberry Jello salad and top with chopped pecans or walnuts.

Blackberry Jello Salad Recipe

1 box blackberry jello
1 can blueberries
1 can crushed pineapples
1 package (8oz size) cream cheese
1 ounce sour cream
1 cup chopped pecans

Pour juice off pineapples and let stand in refrigerator. Mix jello and let stand 1 hour in refrigerator. Mix all the other ingredients together and add to jello . Then let stand in refrigerator all night. It's ready to eat the next morning. Great Jello Salad Recipe.

Broken Glass Jello Salad Recipe

1 package (3 oz.) red jello
1 package (3 oz.) orange jello
1 package (3 oz.) green jello

Make each package separately with 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cut cold water. Pour into pan (ice cube tray works perfectly.) Then do the next box of jello.

Put in refrigerator until very stiff. Fix 1 (3 ounce) box of lemon jello with 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water. Let set until begins to thicken and add small carton of Cool Whip.

Take each tray of jello and cut in 1/2 inch squares and add to the lemon and Cool Whip mixture and put in fancy bowl or 9 x 13-inch pan. Works good for salads or desserts.
