2 tablespoons butter
4 red bell peppers, chopped
1 onion, chopped
24 fluid ounces chicken broth or vegetable broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Place the red bell pepper, onion and garlic in the saucepan and saute for 5 to 10 minutes.
Pour in the broth, stirring well. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
Puree using a hand held immersion blender, or transfer to a blender and puree until smooth.
Pour the soup through a strainer and return the liquid to the saucepan over medium low heat. Stir in the heavy cream and the ground black pepper and allow to heat through, about 5 to 10 minutes.

1/2 cup soft silken tofu
1/2 cup carrot juice chilled
1/2 cup grated carrots
1 cup frozen yogurt, vanilla
2 tbl frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tbl lemon juice
1/4 tsp grated ginger root
1 pch salt
3 tbl pumpkin seeds optional
Combine the tofu, carrot juice and grated carrots in a blender. Add the frozen yogurt, orange juice concentrate, lemon juice, ginger and salt.
Blend until smooth. Add the pumpkin seeds, if you like, and blend to the desired consistency.

2 cup Raw cashew nuts
1 box AM Quick Brown Rice (Vegetable & Herb), cooked
1 cup Cooked AM 7 Grain Cereal
2 cup Soy milk
1 lrg Onion, chopped
3/4 cup AM Wheatgerm
4 tbl AM Canola Oil
2 tbl Soy sauce
1 tsp Sea salt (optional)
4 tbl Minced parsley
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Ground celery seed
1/2 tsp Ground sage
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
Chop the nuts fine, or run through a food grinder. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in a baking dish and bake at 350 F. uncovered for 1 hour or until done. Serve with favorite gravy.
