1 1/2 lb. pork steak, cut into strips
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
8 oz. can tomato sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Brown pork in oil in skillet. Drain on paper towels, if desired. Place pork strips and remaining ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.

1 #300 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion
1 c. water
Brown pork steaks in electric skillet. Mix soup and water. Pour over pork steaks. Cut onion on top. Simmer 1 hour.

1 1/2 pounds boneless pork steak
10 potatoes, cubed
3 (10.75-ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
Season pork steaks with desired seasonings. Place in baking dish. Cover with potatoes. Add mushroom soup and spread to cover potatoes. Add water and bake at 350°F uncovered for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
