8 slices bread, trimmed and cubed
1/2 lb. Grated cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. Grated Swiss cheese
1 lb. Bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 green onions, diced
8 eggs
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups half-and-half
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. Dry mustard
Butter 3 qt.
Casserole. Mix bread, onion, cheese, and bacon. I sprinkle my breadcrumbs in the bottom of my dish, then cheese, then onions, and bacon). Beat eggs; add milk, half-and-half, and seasonings. Pour over bread mixture. Cover. Let set overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

4 eggs
3/4 cup of half and half
Package of frozen broccoli
Four green onions
1 cup of shredded four-brand cheese
3/4 cup mushrooms
Pre heat oven to 350
In bowl beat 4 eggs and 3/4 cup of half and half milk
Microwave frozen broccoli for 4 minutes, remove and put on strainer, cool with cold water.
Squeeze out all the liquid and place in the egg and milk mixture.
Chop white portion of green onions and put in mixture.
Add 3/4 cup of mushrooms and mix.
Add 1 cup of shredded cheese to mixture.
Blend well and pour in Pam coated baking ramekins.
Place ramekins on a cookie sheet and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
To serve:
Remove quiche from ramekin and place on dinner plate.
Serve with hash browns and 3 slices of bacon.
