Small pumpkin
5 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup coconut cream
Cut a slice of the top of the pumpkin, remove seeds and pulp
Whish eggs, add sugar, a pinch of salt and coconut cream. Stir till well blended
Pour into the pumpkin and cook in steam till custard is set (20 minutes)

3 tbs Vegetable Oil
1 Garlic Clove, Chopped
5 pcs Bird Chillies
300 gms Chicken Breast , Sliced
1 tbs Fish Sauce
1 tbs Oyster Sauce
1 tbs Sugar
1 tbs Black Soy Sauce
5 tbs Chicken Stock
1 Red Chilli, Sliced
15 gms Hot Basil Leaves
Heat the oil in a wok, add garlic, chilli and chicken and cook until done.
Add chicken stock and season with fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and black soy sauce.
Finally stir chilli and basil leaves inside and serve immediately. Thai Food Recipe.
