Orange-Banana Tropical Drink Recipe

1 medium ripe banana
1 cup cold milk
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup wheat germ
2 tablespoons honey
ice cubes

Mix all ingredients at high speed for thirty seconds.
Chill and serve.

Frozen Hawaiian Tropical Drink

1/4 cup low-fat milk
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract/flavoring
1 tablespoon orange-flavored smooth psyllium-based powder
Add 1 teaspoon sugar or to taste. Mix all ingredients in a blender with ice.
Recipe makes one serving.

Scale ingredients to servings
3/4 oz dry vermouth
3/4 oz white creme de cacao
3/4 oz maraschino liqueur
1 dash bitters
